Investment-Based Immigration

Investors have two options for immigration to the United States.  Immigrants who invest $100,000 or more and employ at least one U.S. citizen can apply for an E-2 visa – a temporary visa which can be renewed indefinitely.  By investing $500,000 or more and employing 10 U.S. citizens an investor may also be eligible to apply for an EB-5 visa, which leads to a permanent residence visa (green card).
