Bret Roberts graduated from the University of Washington (B.A. 1998). A magna cum laude graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D., 2008, winner of the Linden Cup), Roberts clerked for Superior Court Judge Jerome Leveque and served as a volunteer intern at the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office. Roberts successfully practiced law as a Rule 9 Intern with University Legal Assistance. His case experience includes a municipal police power/personal property recovery appeal in Division Three of the Washington State Court of Appeals, as well as a consumer protection/bad faith insurance claim, and a Federal fair housing claim in the Eastern District of Washington. Bret Roberts is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
