Nicholas Berning is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon (J.D. 2006), and Whitman College (B.A. 2003) and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Berning is an experienced American immigration attorney focusing on both investment related visas (EB-5 and E-2 Treaty investor visas) and employer-sponsorship visas, and has maintained a general law practice in Whatcom County, Washington since 2007.
